The Post:

At Northview Primary School we work hard to make a difference to our pupils' lives. We are seeking to appoint an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to work on a one to one basis with a child with an Educational Health Care Plan, assisting their inclusion into a mainstream school. (This post is dependent on continued SEN funding).

We are looking to appoint a highly effective LSA to:
  • Be able to work effectively with the pupil under supervision of the class teacher
  • Inspire and act as a positive role model for children, parents and staff
  • Be determined and motivated to learn and succeed
  • Work co-operatively with the wider school team
  • Have the ability to raise standards and fully adhere to the professional teaching standards
