Overall Purpose of the Job:

Day to day, you'll be ensuring that the CEO's life runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible, therefore, enabling her to focus on her responsibilities in the knowledge that all logistics and arrangements have been taken care of.

A large part of this role will be coordinating and implementing multiple national and international travel schedules, including flights, chauffeur bookings and arranging visas. Being organised goes without saying. It's why you're great at what you do! You'll need to be confident using MS Office, and you'll also need to be digitally savvy. You have a proactive, can-do attitude and are always looking to improve processes, fix problems and resolve issues if they arise.

This will be a full-on role, but you love it when things are busy. Our CEO's schedule is, as you would expect for a CEO, incredibly busy and often includes international commitments so you'll need to be flexible and on call out of work hours to support and deal with any circumstances that may arise.

About MySense

MySense is a wellbeing analytics platform built on compassion, by people who understand what it's like to care for a loved one. But we're also a team of dedicated (self-proclaimed) nerds, tech is what we know and love. So, we have combined these two drives and created a product we can be proud of.

The idea is that peace of mind about a loved one's wellbeing should be at people's fingertips no matter who or where they are. To do this, we created a wearable device and 11 sensors that can be placed around someone's home. Each sensor picks up information about a key activity. This means looking at drinking and eating habits, toilet usage, sleep patterns and heart rate (approximately 5,000 data points). These sensors collect data that our AI then analyses for any patterns of decline in wellbeing. When we start to notice that something isn't looking ideal, we send caregivers notifications so they can address problems before they escalate.
