About you

  • Previous committee experience, including taking high quality minutes and coordinating papers and actions
  • Strong communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage several activities at the same time

About the role

As our committee administrator, you will be responsible for building relationships and working with senior internal and external stakeholders, members and customers to ensure the effective management of the committees and their activities and projects. These committees and high-level groups provide us with strategic advice and guidance, steer specific areas of work, and act as representatives of our membership ensuring we are always working to meet the requirements of the UK sector.

This role can be based in London, Bristol or Harwell.

Connecting with each other is a doddle, thanks to our technology, but getting face to face is something we value and find time for when we can, so you may need to travel on occasion. Our main offices are in Bristol, Harwell, London and Manchester.
