BASIC PLUS COMMISSION - OTE £26,000 to £36,000 This company is a service led B2B telecoms provider located in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. They work with clients offering leading edge, innovative telecoms solutions. VoIP Business phone systems, cloud telephony, mobile phone contracts and internet services in and around London. They are searching for competitive, hard working telesales executives to set appointments for their field sales team. In return they pay a competitive hourly rate and offer the ability to earn uncapped commission and incentives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - This position is 100% phone appointment setting. - You must generate leads from data that is provided by the company. - Update the company CRM software and be positive in your approach. - Keep up to date with promotions and new product developments Skills & Experience Required - Coachable, driven & resourceful - Results-oriented & passionate about helping businesses grow - Persuasive, assertive & honest - Active listener - Tenacity with a positive attitude - Outstanding verbal communicator over the telephone They pay £ to £ per hour plus commission for each appointment made.
