Purpose seeks to repurpose outdated buildings into modern, productive work & leisures spaces on affordable and flexible terms. We are an ambitious high growth company looking to make renting space more simple and affordable for all. We currently manage 4 large sites across London, with plans to grow substantially over the coming years. Our buildings are home to artists, makers, SME's, cafe's, dance studios, theatres and pretty much every type of activity you can think of!

To help us on our journey, we are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to help our Directors manage the day to day operations of the business. We are a small but growing team and the role involves a wide variety of work.

Tasks will vary from day to day but will include:
  • Answering all incoming telephone enquiries and directing to relevant person
  • Monitoring Lead and general enquiry emails and assigning to the right person
  • Coordinating Directors calendar, scheduling meetings and viewings
  • Updating our CRM, Office Management & Project Management software tools on a daily basis
  • Recruitment: screening and setting up interviews
  • Social media posts & newsletter campaigns
  • Drafting contracts, Heads of Terms and other legal documents
  • Business Development Research
  • Updating ads for properties
  • Assisting with short-term hire events

Candidates must demonstrate a high level of professionalism with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask without feeling overwhelmed. An ability to build rapport with people easily, be outgoing, friendly and with a professional telephone manner. Must have ability to be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. In addition, the individual must have solid organizational and computer skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. A creative mindset would be valuable in this role.

  • Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Gmail & Google Drive

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Mailchimp
  • Experience using Facebook / LinkedIn Ads, Google Adwords
  • Ability to learn and pick up new software easily
