The Inside Sales Account Manager role is a customer focused role, working remotely with customers to achieve success using NI products and services. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue within a Geographical territory through working with a variety of customers across a number of evolving applications and industries

What You Will Be Doing

  • Continuously exceed annual sales quotas by creating, managing and winning sales opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with our customers to understand and help uncover needs in areas where NI can help impact customer business issues and create value.
  • Own, manage and develop customer accounts
  • Collaborate with the wider Sales and Support organization to review, manage and win opportunities to accelerate the growth of territory revenue and achieve quota.
  • Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline to ensure mid and long-term success.
  • Maximize time spent working with new and existing customers
  • Drive collaboration on the design and execution of territory growth plans.
  • Book, prepare and deliver remote visits and demonstrations.
  • Explore new business potential inside customer accounts, find referrals and expand contact base.
  • Continuously use to ensure that visits, opportunities and accounts are up to date to enable accurate forecasting and internal collaboration.

This is why you are an Inside Sales Account Manager
  • Have strong business acumen skills with a technical understanding, along with a motivational attitude
  • Demonstrated great negotiation skills with experience qualifying, managing and winning opportunities
  • Sales / Account Management experience with an aptitude for developing customer relationships remotely
  • Experience and passion for working with International Markets and Cultures
  • Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize demand and workload
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • STEM background is a plus
