Associate Lecturer in Brickwork/Multiskills
We are looking for an Associate Lecturer in Brickwork/Multiskills to join us based at our Crawley Campus in West Sussex. You will join us on a bank basis covering up to 14 hours per week, including sickness cover as well as some timetabled hours, and in return, you will receive a competitive rate of £ - £ per hour , plus benefits. Responsibilities of our Associate Lecturer in Brickwork/Multiskills include: - Inspire and motivate students through the delivery of a high quality learning experience. - Undertake teaching, learning and assessment activities in the curriculum area, ensuring a high quality of provision, in response to learners' needs. - Promote and monitor individualised targets and progression. - Ensure that student needs are met in a responsive way, in line with the concept of inclusive learning. - Contribute to the design, development and review of programmes in the curriculum area. - Ensure that appropriate learning materials are prepared and assessments and assignments are undertaken in a timely manner. - Undertake administration and provide reports and statistics regarding student and teaching matters in a timely manner. - Understand personal responsibilities in relation to Safeguarding.
