Traveleads are delighted to be recruiting for a full time Sports and Groups Client Services Executive to join our existing team in our Leeds office.

CONTRACT AND REWARD

This vacancy offers a permanent contract as well as a salary of between £25,000-£28,000 per annum based on experience.

The role is based in our offices in Millshaw, Leeds. Working hours are Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 including a 1 hour lunch break.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To liaise with our Sports and Groups clients to confirm they are happy with our services and standards.
  • Work with our On-boarding Manager to ensure all clients policies are clear in CRM systems
  • Produce reports and liaise with key people within client organisations to ensure that we are capturing the maximum amount of spend.
  • Bring staff up to date with any client issues or changes to policy
  • Liaise with suppliers and put in place client loyalty schemes and specific client deals.
  • Communicate with the Sports Team Manager and Sports & Groups Director regarding client activity
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with both clients and colleagues
  • Ensure that all administration, both internal and external is of the highest standard.
  • To be able to work flexible hours in line with the priorities of the business.
  • Assist with any additional tasks required as a business priority
  • To respond to any other reasonable duties/tasks as may be requested by your Manager/Director

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Ideally have a minimum of 12 months travel industry experience.
  • Hold a full valid driving licence
  • Be highly motivated, well organised and have excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills demonstrating a pro-active response to client servicing at all times
  • Highly organised, ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of key air and hotel supplier's products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ideally experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
