Document Production Specialist - Work From Home!

A brand new role has arisen working for an international law firm, headquartered in Central London. This is a Remote Worker opportunity, working either 3pm until 11pm or 4pm until 12am, Monday to Friday. This is a perfect opportunity for any experienced DP Specialist looking to work from home, and this role boasts a competitive salary and access to the firms comprehensive benefits package

The successful Document Production Specialist will be expected to undertake the following responsibilities:

- Producing accurate, high quality and to the standardised requirements, typed work, from audio and script work, using any of the firm's software packages and document management systems plus other work associated with document production
- Communicating effectively within the team and with departmental, legal, secretarial and support staff
- Completing workflow system for each job undertaken
- Troubleshooting and provide expert technical advice
- Identifying training, development needs and requesting training through the Secretarial Support Manager and IT
- Working across all Microsoft Office packages, specifically Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Adding and updating contacts on InterAction
- Frequent use of Filesite

In order to be considered for this role, the successful applicant must possess the following skills and experience:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Manage and prioritise workload effectively, with the ability to multi-task
- Organised and accurate with a high level of attention to detail
- Good technical skills with the ability to adapt, think laterally and apply software to produce the desired documents/outcomes
- Excellent administrative skills
- Highly self-motivated and goal focussed
- Must be flexible, co-operative and a good team player
- Calm and works well under pressure

The Firm will provide a computer and dual screen and access to the Firm's systems will be via Citrix therefore a broadband speed of at least 8mb is required.

The successful candidate would need to provide a working area with desk, chair, etc and pay for their own broadband connection and phone; blinds may be required in the work area and there should be no distractions (ie children or other dependants).
