What it's about

To manage customer and prospect relationships in order to secure 'intentions to teach' as part of integrated Sales and Marketing campaigns through outbound call promotion activities with teachers and managers in schools, 6th form/FE colleges.

What you'll be doing
  • Be responsible for the execution of planned outbound telesales campaigns to reach and exceed personal and team targets.
  • Managing relationships with existing and new customers in order to grow and maintain revenue.
  • Identifying and qualifying opportunities generated via our inbound marketing tool 'Hubspot'
  • Maintaining customer data records and analysing data to inform market insight on customer purchasing behaviours to inform future campaign targets and delivery

  • Intermediate Microsoft skills

  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload

Experience
  • Outbound telesales experience is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in the Secondary Education preferred but not essential
