Part-time Office Administrator - flexible-working hours
The role will be part-time; 4 days a week with flexible working hours - we propose 10 am-3 pm but this can be negotiated.
We are based in Shoreditch, London. Very close to Shoreditch High street overground station as well as various underground lines (including Central line, Northern line and District line).
A bit about us:
We are a niche fragrance brand and you will be working with a dynamic and creative team during a period of growth for the company. We are seeking thorough and reliable administrative support and there will be scope for you to mold the role to your strengths as the company grows. Our brand is design-led so if your interested in or have previous experience in marketing or fashion that would be a plus.
The company ethos is inclusive and this role will be varied and exciting. We have a positive mindset and it would appear we all like pizza and haribos which makes us quite special. In addition, we have a junior sister company that works out of the same office. Your role would be to provide administrative assistance across both entities. The second company is a trading company that specialises in importing Japanese menswear.
Your day to day will include:
- Fulfillment of online orders (packing and posting).
- Data processing on excel and uploading onto the software.
- Raising invoices and order confirmations on Quickbooks
- Chasing Money
- Managing the office diary
- Managing company expenses
You will be:
- Detail Oriented
- Good at working in a small team as well as independently.
