Physiotherapist - East Kent

We are looking to recruit an MSK Physiotherapist to join a vibrant, innovative and dynamic organisation. You will work alongside an established team of 10 Senior Physiotherapists! We are looking for applicants with varying levels of experience, specialist interests and long-term goals. Our client has the capacity to create a flexible package to accommodate different working needs.

The role is a static MSK Physiotherapy position which will provide an invaluable insight into a broad range of both peripheral and spinal problems that present in an acute and persistent manner. As a company, they offer Physiotherapist lead classes, such as Pilates, to meet their clients' rehabilitation needs.

This exciting role is located in East Kent. The vacancy is focused around Primary health care at a range of modern and well-resourced locations. As an organisation, they work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team that includes General Practitioners, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Paramedics, Allied Health workers and a large network of Administrators.

Our client is actively involved with a GP Education programme, aimed at enhancing the MSK skills of the GP and Nursing staff. They also are very active with the Regional Spinal Network, MSK Triage, First Contact Practitioner consultations and undergraduate education. Over the last few months, they have worked with injured veteran athletes at the prestigious golf event; the Simpson Cup, and on a large-scale charity expedition to Everest.

Duties of the role include:
  • Communicate effectively, developing positive working relationships with the multi-disciplinary teams with whom we work and within the Company.
  • Participate in and help initiate organisational activities that support innovation and creativity.
  • Independently sustain an MSK caseload; delivering comprehensive clinical assessments and evidence-based treatments.
  • Strive to improve clinical and cultural standards that ensure all care is administered in line with CSP, HCPC and Level Health guidelines.
  • Participate in and be enthused by delivering a more human, holistic form of care.

Job requirements:
  • CSP/HCPC Registration (applied for or obtained)
  • Degree: BSc in Physiotherapy
  • Ability to work with flexible hours
  • Involvement in CPD, staff social events and team building tasks
