As a Department we must be effective at protecting sensitive negotiation policy and analysis, which we deliver through robust processes and a strong security culture at all levels. Leadership of Security BC and KIM teams

These are three interesting areas which are required to flex, change and evolve in response to challenges faced across the department. This requires fast paced strategic thinking and an ability to think outside the box. While each sub team is lead by a G7 (DExEU Band A), the Head of Security, BC and KIM is expected to create a cohesive culture; spotting opportunities to join up and exploit the interdependencies that exist within the team and elsewhere in the directorate.
