What it's about

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a 'can do' attitude who is dedicated and customer focused to join our dynamic team. The Assessor Compliance, Quality and Performance Team is responsible for the management and delivery of OCR's Assessors quality assurance and compliance processes.

As the Assessor Compliance, Quality and Performance Administration Assistant you will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in regards to Assessor compliance, quality and performance. You will be responsible for managing the day to day activities and the continual process improvements for a variety of quality assurance and compliance processes.

The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team who are passionate about giving all our Assessors an outstanding level of service and ensuring that OCR's processes are fit for purpose and robust. Full training will be provided.

What you'll be doing

  • Support with the day to day management of the Conflict of Interest process.
  • Support with the day to day management of the quality assurance mechanisms for all of OCR's Assessors.
  • Help to review the quality assurance mechanisms.
  • Help to generate annually or as required by OCR, recommendations to improve the quality of OCR's Assessors.
  • Support with the development, management and review of Assessor quality and compliance in response to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Level 2 qualifications (to include Maths and English) or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • Understanding of OCRs processes and systems.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Management of multiple processes - must understand the cause and effect of processing steps and be able to manage several processes simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of Excel
  • Previous experience of working independently to manage and deliver multiple processes to meet targets.
  • Dealing with contradictory/competing information/demands.
  • Understanding of quality systems and quality assurance mechanisms.
  • Some understanding of legal and compliance documentation and processes.
