Who we are
HomeLink Healthcare has been established by senior healthcare professionals and experienced healthcare managers with the aim of delivering well-led, safe and effective, responsive and caring clinical care at home.

We will be working alongside Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and other healthcare providers to deliver a virtual ward in the community to enable people to leave hospital earlier and finish their treatment safely at home.

We are looking for experienced nurses to join our dynamic and growing clinical team, on either permanent, bank contracts or secondments delivering excellent care to people in their own homes within Norwich and a 15 mile radius

Job Summary

Our staff work as part of the multidisciplinary team in a virtual ward to provide high quality, person centred, therapeutic, compassionate nursing care and support to adult patients, their families and carers in their usual place of residence, this maybe at home or in other community location.

Our staff work flexibly across the community as required, providing a service from 07.00 - 22.00 hours, including weekends.

You will have excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach.
Registered General Nurses with excellent clinical leadership skills. The role offers flexibility allowing you to choose your own shifts based on your availability

A registered nurse with enthusiasm and drive, who has at least three years' experience including some community experience and enjoys the challenges of working independently, providing people with the best treatment, nursing care and support in their home.
