We Offer
A senior analyst role in the EMEA Business Continuity Management (BCM) Team. The role provides second line of defence (2LOD) expertise and challenge to the first line of defence (1LOD). You will partner with senior managers to ensure their business continuity risk is managed. They will be supporting the 1LOD Plan Owners in delivering their business recovery requirements in line with the global methodology and policy. Obtaining senior management attestation on an annual basis, formally attesting to the business continuity program being complete, accurate and appropriate within their department.

  • Opportunity to drive 3 lines of defence model and elevate role to one of trusted advisor
  • Relationship management with senior management and coordinators
  • Complete full business continuity cycle and appropriate signoffs
  • Being part of our team you will support delivery of the wider regional book of work, including: testing; crisis management; outsourcing and risk management
  • Partner with rest of team to understand and implement business/technical systems and infrastructure requirements to support recovery
  • Impact analysis of major staff, business and IT changes
  • Develop and support the 24/7/365 Crisis Management response
  • We support flexible and remote working while being cognizant of the need to maintain onsite coverage; crisis response; occasional business travel; and a few weekend events.


You Offer

  • You will be educated to degree level or have an equivalent work experience. You will have prior exposure to Business Continuity including plan development and Crisis Management.
  • Operational Risk or Business Resiliance experience would be desirable
  • Comfortable and confident in partnering, negotiating and influencing senior colleagues at Director and Managing Director levels
  • Self-motivating and enthusiastic, with the ability to prioritize workload and handling own book of work
  • Strong relationship management skills and collaborative approach
  • Confidence and credibility when presenting to large groups
  • You have deep knowledge of Financial Services preferably with excellent analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to deliver to a high standard to our team
  • You are calm and steadfast during a crisis
