My client, a live-in-care provider based across East London are looking for a Manager to supervise and delegate their community care packages across this area of London. The successful candidate will work with up to 20 clients assisting them to live their lives to the full and in the comfort of their own home.

You will need to be clinically strong, as the patients live with a variation of complex needs, such as; spinal injury, stroke, dementia, MS, muscular dystrophy, Huntington's Disease, Parkinson's, Motor Neurone Disease and Cerebral Palsy.

Community Nurse Manager: Duties
• Management of care resources and delivery for all East London based services, including complex paediatric care, complex adult care, and live-in care
• Management of a small staff team
• Working alongside the Director of Business Development to help expand and improve the business
• Training
• Assessments
• New business development
• To plan and manage community nursing and care services for the East London Area ensuring services are provided to an excellent standard and delivered in a way that encourages the involvement of clients (service users and their families) to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
• To inspire and motivate staff team to deliver high quality client-focused services while developing team members' skills and capacity to meet clients' needs and creating a culture of continuous improvement.

Community Nurse Manager: Experience/Qualifications
• Nurse Qualified - RGN / RMN / RNLD
• Complex care experience
• Community care experience
• Management experience in a similar environment
• Experience in paediatric and adult care
• Driver with car
