Hours: Full time/part time available - Days or nights available
The shifts are typically between 7/8am to 2pm, 2pm to 8/9pm, and 9pm to 7pm.
Wage: £8.25ph days, £8.75ph nights

Do you have a naturally caring and empathetic personality? We are currently recruiting for support workers to join supported living services across Gloucestershire.

As a member of the Care Team, you will contribute to the care, comfort and wellbeing of service users, ensuring that all individuals are cared for and supported with dignity, consideration and kindness.

Role requirements for a Support Worker:
•Provide high standards of care for service users
•Engage with service users and provide personal care in accordance with their individual care plans
•Participate in training, appraisals and staff meetings
•Ensure all work complies with Health and Safety legislation as well as the relevant policies and procedures
•Access to own transport, due to the locations of the service

Skills/Qualifications for the Support Worker:

•Experience working with people with learning disabilities or mental health needs (preferable not essential)
•Good communication skills
•Customer focused with an energetic, cheerful attitude
