This well-established private medical centre is looking to Recruit a New Patient Manager to help deliver the strategy for the new team. You will have a proven track record in Sales based environment and experience managing staff.
  • Support the Head of Operations in the development and delivery of the strategy for the new patient team
  • A proven track record in a sales-based environment with high conversion rates
  • Ability to train your team in order to meet KPI's.
  • Manage staffing levels within the New Patient and Reception team
  • Provide accurate data on the activities of the team in order to optimise strategic planning.
  • Hold regular one to one meeting with team
  • Use Patient Record Management systems to report on team activity
  • Lead team meetings on a monthly basis and record minutes
  • Provide day to day performance management, annual leave and sickness records
  • Prepare and present weekly KPI statistics to the Head of Operations
  • Oversee all patient one to one appointment to ensure that every patient has a first-class experience
  • Manage patient expectations, ensuring any issues are captured and appropriate measures are put in place to minimise expectations not being met
  • Liaison with the marketing department to help with the direction of marketing channels from a new patient perspective

What we need:
  • We are looking for a dynamic individual who has previously managed a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and positive team management are essential for this role as are skills in the presentation of information.
  • You should have the ability to advise and engage at all levels within the organisation and be able to engage with your team and potential patients so as to increase new patient volumes using patient experience to inform future strategy.
  • Experience in a Sales Environment

An enhanced DBS Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required for this role.

Hours Monday - Friday Hours - 37.5

Standard hours are 9am-5:30pm (Flexible Hours Available)
