WHAT YOU'LL DO

No two days are the same in this varied and rewarding role, as a general guide, your duties will include:
  • Supporting residents with personal care needs
  • Supporting residents with medication, full training will be given
  • Providing support around mealtimes
  • Keeping accurate records
  • Leading activities that support people to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives

We are looking for Carer's who recognise the importance of promoting our resident's independence, knowing when they are needed and when to take a step back.

ABOUT OUR HOME

Fleming House is a nursing and residential home on the outskirts of Eastleigh comprising of 30 nursing beds and 25 residential beds. We have all the latest equipment to meet our residents' needs along with a relaxed, welcoming and homely atmosphere.
