Position Title: Senior Account Manager Inside Sales

Position Type: Permanent

Salary: £32k Basic £55k OTE

Role Purpose/ Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our clients Inside Sales team. You will focus on delivering excellent customer service that demonstrates value to your customers and growth to their business. You will focus on managing and growing key client relationships, creating new cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across their suite of online and software solutions, as well as proactively build and nurture new and existing relationships with key influential/decision makers.

This is a key role within the Inside Sales team, working with law firms and public sector organisations who have long standing and significant relationships with our clients company.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
  • Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan focusing on growth and retention strategies.
  • Manage key relationships to cross-sell new solutions and retain existing revenue through regular contact and face to face meetings.
  • Over-achievement of all sales targets.
  • Accurate forecasting, as well as regularly maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Internal relationship building to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Present a professional image of our client at all times, whilst building high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Uncovering client needs and developing new opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Strong metric & KPI driven sales responsibility

Mandatory Skills and Experience:
  • Experience and success working in an Account Management role within a targeted and KPI driven sales environment
  • Experience of successfully managing and building client relationships
  • Strong sales presentation skills; both face to face and remotely
  • Excellent negotiation, opportunity qualification & client needs analysis skills
  • Experience of managing portfolios of clients and services
  • Proven success in new business & retention, up selling and cross selling online and/or software products
  • Highly organised
  • Self-motivated & driven
  • Excellent listening & communication skills

Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Knowledge & experience of legal industry
  • Experience of using Salesforce

Education/Certifications Required:
  • Graduate level education is preferred
