Location: Anglia; Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire

Salary: £34,000 + OTE (to be discussed at interview) + Company Car + cash and rewards incentives such as vouchers and holidays + a range of other benefits such as discounted gym membership, Healthcare cash plan, pension and 33 days holiday etc

The role

Regional Manager is to ensure the effective management of staff within your given region, taking accountability for their motivation, training and performance management.

Main duties of a Regional Manager:

- Head up a team of Retail Branch Managers across the Anglia Region

- Promote the highest levels of customer service

- Provide coaching and support to maximise the performance of your team

- Set and monitor targets and goals for your direct reports

- Arrange and chair regular team meetings and attend national meetings

- Report on and account for the performance of your region

- Advise staff on correct procedure and good practise

- Hr and performance activities

To apply for the position of Regional Manager we are looking for the following experience;

- Proven track record in multisite, area, regional or remote management of a team of sales and customer service staff

- Motivational and inspirational leader, with the ability to get the most out of a team

- Planning and organisation skills

- Proven success in achieving KPI's and running a high performing region or area

Essential skills

- Great communication

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft including excel

- Full UK Manual driving license

- Flexibility to work weekends
