A well-established brand who have just celebrated 30 years specialising in pet care and animal well being are looking for a National Account Manager. Paying £28k - £35k OTE £45K working remotely. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a love for animals whilst working for a brand who is widely recognised in over 50 countries!

Please Note: This is a national opportunity - working from home - quarterly meetings at Head Office in Surrey.

The Role:
This role will be responsible for the development of the large key accounts within the UK. You will need o be self-motivated, confident, pro-active and highly organised.

Salary: £28k - £35k OTE £40k

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and drive sales for their key UK retail and online accounts
*Work on reporting systems, sales targets, key objectives and new product launches
*Work on the in-store presentation of all their products ensuring consumers understand the products, their benefits and ensuring each one reaches maximum sales potential
*Liaising with the Commercial Director and Marketing department on annual sales plans, budgets and forecasts, establishing account plans, setting KPI's and tracking the success of programmes
*Fully maximise all UK new product launches including setting targets, forecasting stock requirements and ensuring that the launches are a success and targets are hit
*To ensure all content is created and circulated to accounts
*Provide UK Monthly reports including sales vs target, key achievements, issues and opportunities
*Analyse the UK pet market to determine future sales strategies and market potential

The Ideal Candidate:
*At least 2 years B2B sales and key account management experience within the FMCG industry
*Previous experience within the pet trade
*Ability to build strong relationships with key customers to deliver budget sales and profits
*Develop excellent relationships with all colleagues, having contract with the Marketing and Operations departments along with developing professional relationships with trade
*Demonstrable track record of leading sales initiatives that were driven through data, managed through KPI's and had a tangible and measurable impact on metrics
*Self-motivated and dynamic individual with proven discipline, drive for results and ability to make commercial decisions
