01 Dec 2019
06 Dec 2019
Contract Type
Full Time
Due to continued growth we are looking to bring on-board an additional researcher/resourcer to work closely with our consulting and management team. You will be responsible for search and selection and identifying potential candidates (lawyers) in the marketplace. Ideally you will have a background in the law, and previous experience in research/resourcing would be very useful. Scope exists for a more senior hire with such previous experience, but an entry level role would also suit someone with just a legal background.

You need to be tenacious, bright and able to communicate effectively at a high level with an attention to detail. Credibility in the legal sector is also important, as is a desire to learn and develop in a research/resourcing role. Opportunity for progression exists for the right candidates.

As a legal recruitment firm we offer;
  • A long- term career path
  • Friendly, supportive and collaborative team
  • £22,000 - £30,000 base salary (depending on experience)
  • We offer continuous on the job training and mentoring
  • A civilised work atmosphere at great offices opposite the Royal Courts of Justice in the Strand, London
  • Agile working conditions (flexibility on office hours along with ability to work from home where required)
