Reporting into the Head of Reward and Performance, you'll use your expertise in compensation and benefits to help deliver key reward processes for AZ UK. You'll also have the opportunity to be involved in the delivery of key projects - for example the implementation and roll out of a new performance management system (Success Factors) which is due to go live at the end of 2019.

Main responsibilities include:
  • Delivery of annual Reward processes including salary review and bonus.
  • Act as the first contact point for any reward and performance queries.
  • Collate and ensure gathering and analysis of high quality data for annual benchmarking and audits.
  • Working effectively with our 3rd party providers.
  • Involvement in grading and role evaluations.
  • Identifying and recommending improvements to our Reward and Performance offering.
  • Rolling out and ensuring changes are culturally embedded in the organisation.
  • Support the continuous improvement and strengthening of our pension and benefits offering.
  • Involvement in the delivery of key Reward projects.

Skills & experience:
  • Strong experience in a Reward/Compensation and Performance specialist role within a blue chip organisation is essential.
  • Experience and knowledge of pensions and benefits would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate into compelling and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - both in person and remotely. Previous experience in Willis Towers Watson/Hay Methodology would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience of rolling out new systems in relation to Reward and Performance and/or experience of working with PM module of Success Factors is an advantage.
