Pertemps currently have a brand opportunity for a Senior Insolvency Administrator who would be keen on progressing to Manager over the next couple of years. Salary: £28,000-£32,000 (dependent on experience).

About the Employer:

An Insolvency Practice regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and is headed up by an appointment-taking Insolvency Practitioner who specialises in personal insolvency and has been involved in debt advice and insolvency for the last 18 years. The practice was established in January 2019 and focuses almost exclusively on the Personal Insolvency market in Scotland. The business is very much on a growth trajectory and has big plans for the future. The opportunity presented will allow the right candidate to really flourish and grow with a business aimed at continued expansion over the next 4 years; which shall bring with it prospects for promotion and progression for those who rightly identify the role as an opportunity to progress their own career rapidly.

The role will include:

The overall administration, progression and management of a portfolio of Personal Insolvency cases including face to face and telephone interviews with clients;
Support to current staff and Insolvency Practitioner in the overall management of the Company;
Training and support to current staff (on the job and focused training areas) - all of which will be supported with training budgets;
Willingness to contribute to Marketing and Business Development initiatives;
Focus on self-improvement and own personal development;
Disciplined approach to the key values of the practice;
A key part to play in the future success of the Company.

You will be:

Experienced in Personal Insolvency with at least 3 years' experience in the Scottish Market.

An excellent communicator.
IT Literate with an excellent grasp of Microsoft Office Suite and IPS (Insolvency Practitioners System).

Self-motivated.
Client focused.
