ROLE: Members club hospitality staff
Reporting to: Team Leaders

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of the hospitality team, to uphold the conditions of the Members club. To ensure all operational systems required to run the club are executed in an effective manner. To maximise profitability and ensure highest standards of customer service.

Key Functions
Administration
1. To assist in the efficient running of the bar and service operation in accordance to set procedures and policies.
2. To understand or have a working knowledge of all current Licensing Law, Health and Safety.
3. To help maintain up to date and accurate stock control records.
4. To provide accurate personal details.
5. To represent the members club at any necessary meetings.

Service
1. To help maintain the highest standards of service and customer care within the members club.
2. To establish a visible and accessible staff profile throughout the members club in order to foster good relations and to provide support, advice and assistance to all club members.
3. To serve all alcohol, beverage and food products in line with set policies and procedures.
4. To collect, clean and store appropriately all crockery, cutlery and glassware.
5. To upkeep the expected cleanliness standards within the members areas in accordance with company policies and procedures.
6. To be able to work in all front of house areas.
7. To handle customer complaints within the expected manner as outlined within the

Hospitality Handbook.
8. To be dressed to the appropriate standard and ready for work at specific stated time.
9. To support the club management team and always represent the members club in a positive and professional manner.

Health and Safety
1. In conjunction with health and safety guidelines, ensure the company's Health and Safety Policy is fully promoted and arrangements have been made to carry out the policy.
2. If required, to participate in and contribute to the clubs Health and Safety Committee and ensure awareness of the content of minutes arising from such meetings.

Other Duties and Responsibilities
1. The post holder will undertake training and development as appropriate and keep apprised of developments in his/her field of expertise.
2. The post holder with carry out any other duties as appropriate to the post and as requested by the Club Manager.
