Are you a current Mortgage Adviser looking to develop your business within a successful and friendly team? Or looking for a role with greater autonomy to balance your work and personal commitments?

The Company

This mortgage and financial advisory firm has been established for over 15 years and continues to take pride in offering the best possible service to their clients. They have grown their team to over 10 Mortgage Advisers and 2 Financial Advisers plus a supportive back office team. As part of their growth plan, they are keen to recruit business-minded individuals keen to further their career as a Mortgage Adviser.

Clients and business opportunities as a Mortgage Adviser

They are keen to continue growing their business through recruiting Mortgage Advisers to benefit from their existing infrastructure including uplifted commissions. You will benefit from being provided with some leads to assist you in building a pipeline of business. Ideally, you should also have a small client bank to self-generate business from, as they will support. In addition, having been established since 2000, they have developed a large database that you will have opportunity to utilise and identify remortgage needs.

Working flexibility for their Mortgage Advisers

Our client is a firm believer in allowing their Mortgage Advisers to have autonomy of their diary. Therefore, as long as you continue to fulfil your duties and happy with your performance levels, they are understanding if you have some personal commitments.

Requirements to be considered - Mortgage Adviser

Ideally you should be fully CeMAP qualified and have some mortgage advice experience, but looking to receive good support and mentoring to develop your business. Beneficial if you have a network of contacts for self-generation purposes

  • OTE of £40,000 - £60,000+ pa
  • Uplifted commission splits of up to 80% on self-generation and circa 50% on company leads
  • Mentoring support from 2 highly experienced Directors and administration support available, if desired
  • Ability to work from their excellent office premises with everything available or can work remotely
  • Administration support to help process cases and free up your time for concentrating on your clients
  • Opportunity to join a recognised business with infrastructure in place to allow you to focus on growing your business within a successful firm


Can work from their office in Woodford, Essex and/or work remotely across Essex, Kent and Hertfordshire
