Convolo part of the Veritrec Group are now recruiting on behalf of an exciting client based in West Oxfordshire who are now seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and interaction with customers, including dealing with correspondence to resolution; following the process for customer orders from receipt to dispatch. In addition, there will be responsibility for all associated tasks such as maintaining stock and associated records and preparation of location equipment.

Responsibilities (to include, but not to be limited to):
  • Be passionate about customer experience and expertly lead the team to bring 'best in class' customer experiences
  • Focussing on customer satisfaction from the initial contact to end resolution
  • Actively and confidently resolving all customer issues via various platforms
  • Efficiently maintain resources within the team to deliver and exceed agreed SLA's & KPI's whilst working to agreed budgets
  • Ensure all materials and resources are available for location work (e.g. order forms, leaflets, artwork, cases, photo print kits)
  • Sourcing and ordering as appropriate whilst ensuring excellent value for money
  • Introducing, implementing and maintaining office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Providing remote support to locations and our teams on site when necessary

General Coordination:
  • Primary responsibility to ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Supporting other team members particularly during annual leave and busy periods
  • Occasional location-based work as appropriate
  • Maintaining data-basing and customer orders

Skillset:
  • Excellent customer service values
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise and work to deadlines, often under pressure
  • Professional and clear communications skills both verbal and written. An excellent telephone manner is essential
  • Positive attitude possessing high levels of commitment, motivation and flexibility
  • Ability to adapt positively to new processes and procedures
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good problem-solving and excellent attention to detail essential
  • Ability to work within a team as well as on own initiative and often with minimal briefing

Personal Attributes:
  • Team player
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK with appropriate documentation
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to jobs nationally, and on occasion, internationally with long days and potential overnight stays
