Are you a detail oriented, self-starter possessing the ability to work closely with both remote and local team, supporting a group of inside sales representatives in their day to day selling efforts?

You will be responsible for a support of opportunity management, CRM configurations, as well as proactive follow-up, providing information and overall account support our end user Mid-Market team.

Your main tasks include:
• Sales process support
• Creation of country-level system configurations across Lenovo's PC portfolio
• Submit part number change requests and manage them through the cycle
• Interlock with aligned Sales Rep to process Bid renewals - re-pricing/change of validity period - and manage them through the approval process
• Web catalog exports
• Addition of Business Partner to contracts and contract creation
• Ad-hoc tasks to assist sales productivity

MM EMEA operative tasks:
• Support various data-maintenance & activities and data accuracy projects both locally as well as EMEA-wide
• Closely interlock with MM marketing team to enable high-quality marketing campaigns within MM space
• Participate in the planning and execution of spiffs and sales incentives with various business units
• Provide data-based insight to the country to allow best-in-class account coverage and sales efficiency
• Provide Ad-hoc support to MM Operations & Programs Manager and MM Sales Manager in ad hoc MM projects & Operative tasks.

Position requirements:

• You have a previous experience in similar position
• Customer facing skills both by phone and e-mail

• Need for in-depth knowledge of building Microsoft Excel and Power Point documents
•You enjoy working with many cultural differences
• You are interested in active position, driven for results
• You have excellent problem solving and information seeking skills
• You are highly motivated individual
• You have ability to quickly grasp complex systems, procedures etc.
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Experience with Sales processes
• CRM application
• Strong PC Literacy
