The Role

The Care Assistant Apprenticeship opportunity at Moorlands House in Lightwater, Surrey. We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our friendly team. You will be supported and guided in delivering person centred care in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence and wellbeing.

Do you want to make a difference to people's lives?

As a carer you will support our residents with all aspects of their personal care, whilst trying to encourage them to maintain as much independence as possible with a safe environment, reminiscing with residents and with being involved with activities in and outside the home including taking residents on organised trips.

In return we can offer you a comprehensive training programme supported by your own mentor where you will achieve your Care Certificate as part of your apprenticeship.

What Qualifications Will You Get?
  • Care Certificate
  • Adult Care Worker' Level 2 or 'Lead Adult Care Worker' Level 3
