I-Fulfilment is a leading online integrated fulfilment and associated solutions business under-pinned by BLADE IMS our own proprietary fulfilment system. Our headquarters are located in Christchurch, Dorset and we also have operations in the USA and Europe with further rapid growth planned. We plan to launch a standalone SaaS version of BLADE in 2020.

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to establish a framework to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring we exceed clients' expectations and overall enhance I-Fulfilment's market reputation. This is an exciting time for the business as it continues to grow at pace and will be a rewarding and varied role for the successful applicant.

Key areas of responsibility:
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with key clients
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service
  • Help clients through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
  • Ensure smooth, structured onboarding of new Clients
  • Develop a trusted partner relationship with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Ability to learn, understand and talk confidently to clients with regards new and existing services
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to all teams, including the Board of Directors
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and discuss internally with the Board of Directors
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients, including upselling of additional services
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; and maintaining personal networks within the sector

Candidates will have the following skills and experience:
  • Account management experience (minimum three years)
  • Technically savvy
  • Logistics experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Client-focused solutions experience
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to communicate client needs with staff
  • Talent for influencing client management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
  • Negotiation skills, listening skills, communication skills, presentation skills and time management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree.
