£40,000-43,000+ Car allowance

Bright Selection is delighted to be working with one of the UK's largest independent health care providers in the recruitment of a Clinical Care Auditor to cover all of their homes in their Southern Region

This is a very exciting role for an experienced Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager looking to take their career in a slightly different direction but one that offers a clear career progression path if that is what the successful candidate is looking for.

You will work from home (or you can base yourself in a home that is close to your home) spending 4 days a week out visiting the homes & undertaking clinical audits specifically around clinical / care risk or compliance and clinical and care policies, using your clinical experience to provide judgement on a homes current performance and sustainability and 1 day preparing the necessary reports & recommendations of your findings for submission to the Audit Department. You will also be required to draw on your considerable clinical experience in order to support and guidance to your colleagues within the homes

In conjunction with the Head of Assurance and Audit Manager a clear audit plan will be put in place and a structured approach adhered to at all times. The role will require extensive travel across the company's southern region, which encompasses East Anglia, London, The Home Counties, The Mid Shires and The South Coast & on occasion you could spend up to 4 nights a week away from home.

  • Registered Nurse with Care Home Experience ideally at Clinical Lead or Deputy Manger level
  • Happy to undertake extensive travel across the region
  • Happy to stay away from home for up to 4 days a week
  • Organised, committed and able to work autonomously
  • Excellent communications skills both written and oral
  • Ability to draft and present reports on complex matters
  • Be engaging with colleagues, stakeholders and management alike

Salary on offer is between £40,000-43,000 + car allowance, mileage and accommodation expenses are remunerated on a regular basis & the company offers 30 days annual leave + bank holidays, career progression and development & employee discount schemes
