About Lesflux

We are the makers of the world's first wireless charging phone case providing up to 1.5 times smartphone battery life (equating to up to 10 hours of talk and data time) without a need to plug in. We have incorporated wireless charging technology into wearable products.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele and build new business sales channels. The ideal candidate will be playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients, this is B2B Account management role, you will be selling the company's innovative products, including, the World's first wireless smartphone case.

The right person will have the flexibility of working remotely, it is paramount you meet weekly targets and KPI's. This is a demanding role, in order to be successful, you will excel at relationship-building and negotiation, you have previous experience managing B2B accounts, you have strong analytical skills and a passion for Technology.

You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. the goal is to get clients buy and stock our innovative products through boosting sales and forging strong relationships.

The Business Development Manager role involves:

• Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs

• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

• Promote the company's products addressing or predicting clients' objectives

• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients


• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a

relevant role

• Proven sales track record

• Experience in customer support is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

• Proficiency in English

• Market knowledge

• Communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build rapport

• Time management and planning skills

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

In return for your dedication and hard work, you will receive:

Salary: Starting from £25,000 per annum, negotiable, OTE + Bonus

With the right Person, - We may offer Flexibility to work From Home for two days a week.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm - work from the office or flexibility to work remotely.

Location: North London

Annual leave entitlement increase after 1 year.
