This is an exciting time for ELFT. Our vision is to make a positive difference to people's lives by improving quality of life for all we serve. Our values are: We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive - so we are looking for people who live and breathe these qualities when supporting service users and carers, and in their relationships with colleagues in the Trust and our partner organisations.

We are seeking a full time Band 7 CBT therapist to join our High Intensity IAPT team. The post holder will provide assessments and high intensity CBT to individuals and groups. The post holder will work with people who have a range of complex anxiety disorders and depression related problems for which CBT is demonstrated to be clinically effective. The post holder will work with and complete screenings of people who have Long Term Conditions alongside a common mental health problem. The post holder will desirably have an interest, experience, and/or training in working with long term conditions.

The post holder will work with people from different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary. You will work in various community settings within the Borough of Richmond (including GP surgeries) and from the main base (currently in Twickenham). The post holder will be expected to work one evening/week 12-8pm, and may be asked to work from home one day a week offering telephone assessments and/or web-based treatment.
