Administration Assistant (Retail Operations)

In this new role, you will assist in providing efficient administration support to contribute to the smooth running of our clients growing network of charity retail stores.

Administration Assistant Responsibilities:

Duties will cover a varied range of general office administration tasks, alongside maintaining the system, Gift Aid and loyalty card administration.

Administration Assistant Requirements:

Experience of working to a high standard in an administrative role, ideally within a retail environment is essential. You will also need to be able to demonstrate your ability to remain highly organised whilst managing competing demands and have strong interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable using IT packages including Word, Excel and Outlook and ideally have experience of using databases.

They are a registered charity dedicated to the provision of hospice care for life-limited children and their families in the South West.

Location: Tiverton - Tiverton Business Park

Job type: Part Time, Permanent; 20 hours per week

Salary: £16,450 per annum pro rata
