We are working with a an award winning, solid and respected Digital Agency who are 100 % retail specialists focused on growth . Now looking for an extraordinary new business development professional, ideally with strong experience in an agency environment, able to bring in new leads specifically within retail e-commerce brands.

This individual will be reporting into the Head Office based in Cambridge and will be covering the UK - therefore can be located remotely, anywhere across the UK.

The role is playing a key part in acquisition and growth strategy, encouraging you to use creativity, drive and passion to work as part of a cohesive business development team

Main objective is to acquire new leads to achieve the agencies sales target.

Researching organisations and individuals online - especially via social media channels.

Researching the needs of other companies and structures, referring to purchasing digital marketing services.

Contributing to new marketing initiatives

Attending conferences, meetings, events.

Creating and executing a strategy to keep in touch with leads in order to aid conversion.

Maintain CRM database

It is likely in this role you will need to travel at times, however you do not need to drive as the majority of your clients would be city based so public transport would be accessible.

You will have a proven B2B sales track record in the digital/ecommerce or retail space.

You'll be an expert at developing C Level and above contacts in the ecom/retail industry. Relationships are key in this role.

Lead generation and planning will be part of your daily DNA.
