Business Development Executive - Talent Management App
25-35k Base, 32-45k OTE + Benefits

Our European headquartered client is a fast-growth start-up software company with an advanced Talent Management App. With success in the UK market, they are looking to rapidly expand their Central London Sales Function through the addition of a Business Development Executive.

As a Business Development Executive, you will:

* Work with colleagues to identify, map and approach prospects
* Focus on a variety or multi-location sectors (retail, hospitality etc.)
* Attend weekly networking events to build and manage relationships
* Qualify and book meetings with C-Level contacts
* Attend meetings with senior colleagues
* Have the option to work from home as your experience grows

The ideal sales candidate will:

* Possess a minimum of 18 months sales experience gained selling software, technology, digital solutions or working within a new business focused start-up role
* Be consultative, tenacious and professional in approach, have high levels of motivation and first-class communication and presentation skills
* Be hungry, committed and looking for an excellent opportunity to build a solid career in a company where the career potential is truly unlimited
* Be a proven target hitter, show stability, gravitas and an ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment

The successful Business Development Executive can expect a negotiable base salary of 25-35k with an uncapped OTE of 32-45k, in the first year, plus additional and generous benefits.
