Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable Construction company on the outskirts of Ipswich for a Temporary Sales Administrator, period of 3 months plus. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional individual who is immediately available and has experience working within a fast-paced sales environment. Due to the remote location it is important you have access to your own transport; free parking available.

Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Call Handling
  • Calling prospective customers and taking calls from existing customers
  • Processing invoices using Sage 200
  • Following up leads and tracking progress with business development managers
  • Processing orders using order templates and the company CRM system
  • Email correspondence
  • Filing and Paperwork, drafting contracts

Skills and Requirements:
  • Ideally two years of experience in B2B Sales (Inbound and outbound)
  • Accounts experience is desirable but not essential
  • Needs to be Proficient user of Sage or familiar with Glenigans
  • Needs to be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
