Job Title: Organisation Development Advisor

Salary: up £27,000 per annum

Contract: Temporary 6 months

Based: Manchester city centre working in an agile environment where you will be able to work from home 2 days per week

An opportunity to join a small Organisation Development team has just arisen, The right candidate will be there to assist and support the OD Specialist in the design and delivery of a variety of strategic people and organisational development initiatives. We have set ourselves some ambitious goals and need additional resources to achieve these.

You will also be responsible for:
  • With support from the OD Specialist, identify, design, deliver and evaluate a range of organisational development and engagement interventions including events to support service improvement using a range of tools and techniques.
  • Ensure appropriate learning interventions are selected and designed in relation to organisational development activity to meet desired outcomes
  • Improve systems and processes and support the implementation of change programmes.
  • Support in developing, analysing and manipulating complex data and systems to understand the key performance indicators related to OD and L&D, develop insight and identify trends from the data.

Role profile
  • To be successful in this role, you will need to be used to working with a variety of stakeholders, different projects on the go and key deadlines. CIPD qualification or working towards would be ideal.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word
