Your Key Responsibilities as Sales Director
  • Personally training and developing your own management team in your locations from sales manager to sales leader
  • Drive the development strategies and performance from sales person to sales manager, to sales manager to sales leader including; sales, quality and compliance standards.
  • Take total ownership for every element of your reporting lines
  • Constantly be working ON your region, not just IN it, to maximise opportunity, recruitment and performance
  • Taking personal responsibility for keeping staff turnover low by constantly measuring and uphold the right working practices
  • Designing and implementing operational strategy, leading by example at every turn, seeking for success at every measure

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Essential Experience
  • You need to have a strong sales background, preferably with a career path starting in B2C acquisition sales so you know what good salesmanship and customer satisfaction looks like from actual experience
  • B2C Outbound call centre / telesales experience
  • Provable track record in sales leadership
  • Track record in personally developing people into senior management roles

Knowledge
  • Regulated Sales Environments & good customer outcomes
  • The psychology of selling & people management
  • Regional remote management at senior level

Skills
  • Strong B2C Outbound Sales, Sales management and Leadership track record
  • Subject matter expert at Sales and Customer satisfaction
  • Reporting, Analysis and trouble shooting
  • Leading multi-functional sales operations from sales result to employee turnover.
  • Emotionally intelligent leader with strong self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, motivation and social skills.

Please note: There is the potential for some travel to our HQ in Basingstoke at times for on-boarding training.
