Dimensions are currently looking for relief support staff to join our inspiring care team in Willingham, Bar Hill, Sawston & Harston, Littleport and Waterbeach You will need to be caring, ambitious, thoughtful and most importantly, kind. The relief contract offers ultimate flexibility and is a great footstep into the healthcare sector. Whether you have supported people with learning disabilities before or you are looking for a change of career, we would love to hear from you.

Most of the services require support with personal care; bathing, drying, dressing them, support with toileting or pad changes and with manual handling; pushing a wheelchair, using a hoist and re-positioning. Some of the people we support have additional health needs, for all aspects of the role you will have full training. They'll also need support with everyday aspects of their life, and going about activities such as swimming, bingo and going to the local community centres.

Holding a full UK/EU driving licence is essential for some of these locations, others it is desirable.

The Relief pay rate for Cambridgeshire is £8.73- £9.25 per hour. As a Relief worker, your annual leave is accrued as you work and is included in your hourly rate. (£9.35 - £10.35). The rate is determined by the area and service that you are matched to.
