About the Role

As Care Assistant within Gracewell you will be working as part of a focused, and skilled team of fully supported staff who have our residents wellbeing at the core of all they do. The Care Assistant is responsible for providing the highest standards of person centred care to our resident's whilst maintaining dignity, respect and wellbeing.

About you

Previous experience within the Care sector is not essential as we provide full comprehensive training, including a 2 week induction programme - And a Management team and Senior Care Assistants who will be there every step of your career to guide and support your journey.
  • A Caring Nature is our most essential criteria, we can teach the rest!
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A willingness to undertake NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care and Medication Administration training
  • Ability to work flexible hours to cover your peers when necessary etc
