Business Development Manager

Location: Bolton

Salary: £30,000 with OTE of £65k

They specialise in offering an intelligent portfolio of solutions and services used by leading brands and blue chip clients to deliver a cost-effective and efficient way to create bespoke, immersive learning.

They are now looking for a commercially savvy and ambitious Business Development Manager to join the team and take advantage of a lucrative bonus scheme and structured career path.

Working closely with the CEO and marketing function to generate new important business opportunities and close key deals, you will be primarily office based, building relationships with clients both in the UK and internationally. There will also be opportunities to travel to meet clients and to represent the company at key business events.

  • Identify new opportunities and forge business relationships
  • Identify key stakeholders and develop trusted relationships with them
  • Provide analysis on key accounts to understand our customer needs
  • Attend regular onsite client meetings, identifying the need and solution selling.
  • Client communication, conflict resolution, and compliance
  • Create a sales strategy to target new customers including mapping,
  • Work closely with management to identify room for improvement

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as a BDM in a technology based industry. Any applicants with experience with a SaaS subscriptions business and knowledge of the e-learning products would be highly desirable.

Applicants must be passionate about consultative sales and have in-depth and strategic experience in successful product demos and remote selling.
