Office / Account Administrator - £17,000 - £20,000 DOE

Job Summary:

A well established marketing agency has an exciting position to join their team as an Office / Account Administrator, working with outstanding clients whilst working at a growing agency that truly values their employees. If successful you will be effectively assisting in invoicing, performance reporting, data analysis and more.

You will join on a full time basis and work with varied members of the team, reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • General office admin duties
  • Reviewing, sending and processing invoices using Xero
  • Communicating with clients and the internal team regarding accounts and commerical matters
  • Performance reporting and analysis
  • Identifying sales patterns and raising opportunity for up-sells
  • Managing and planning the Managing Director's diary

Qualifications and Skills (desired, not required):
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience of working in an agency environment
  • Experience of using Hubspot CRM
  • Confident, motivated and keen to develop a strong career
  • Good communication skills and confident in discussing matters internally and externally
