28 hours per week across 4 days
Grade 5: £47,668 to £54,631 per annum pro rata, inclusive of Inner London Weighting

This is an exciting new senior leadership role within Family Action’s London Region that will contribute to the delivery of the organization’s strategic aims to ensure that Family Action is Stronger than Ever.

Working across a portfolio of London Services for children, families and young adults leaving local authority care, the post holder will:

• Provide strategic leadership and support for the contracts of a portfolio of children and family services, leading on the quality and performance of services in line with agreed KPIs.
• Take a shared role with the regional Deputy Director in identifying and understanding the areas of frontline practice and management practice that requires development.
• Develop and implement a range of initiatives to support the development of skills and knowledge across Project/Service/Operational Managers within the London region.
• To undertake Families thematic lead role for the region and devise innovative interventions and service models in working with children and families.

The post holder will hold a diploma or equivalent in Social Work., ideally with experience of Systemic, Trauma Informed and Restorative Practice models, and along with extensive practice experience will have demonstrable experience of managing a broad range of interventions and service models for children and families; with an excellent knowledge of underpinning theories and their application.
