Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a Food Technology Cover Supervisor to teach up to GCSE level at a SEMH Provision based in Burgess Hill.

The school are looking for someone to join them full time (Monday - Friday), starting immediately, up until the end of term.

The school is a maintained community special school for students aged between 11 and 16 who have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or a Statement of Special Educational Need (SSEN). In most cases the primary identified need is Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and behavioural difficulties. Though the majority of students have additional special educational needs such as autistic spectrum condition, AD(H)D, speech, language and communication difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have had experience working at a secondary level with students that have SEMH. They are looking for a Cover Supervisor or experience Teaching Assistant who has experience or qualifications to deliver Food Technology lessons up to GCSE level.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
