Digital Services Manager (Online Community) (maternity cover - 12 months FTC)

Up to £33,000 plus competitive benefits package

Do you have solid experience of running or working on an online community? If so, join us in this exciting role, overseeing the management and strategic development of our Online Bereavement Community.

Our busy online community provides a safe but vibrant place for those who have been bereaved to share their story, find support and support others. Running since 2015, the community now receives over 10,000 visitors and around 3,000 posts per month. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining and developing bereavement-related information content for our main website.

Responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day management of the Online Bereavement Community
- Developing and grow the community in line with organisational priorities, leading on key projects and digital marketing campaigns.
- Liaising with external agencies where appropriate to deliver technical development, digital marketing and other projects as needed.
- Collate and send regular email newsletter to community members to encourage use of the community.
- Managing our suite of online information and resources around bereavement on our main website.
- Overseeing our group of online community volunteers

About you
