About the role:

This is an exciting role for a capable and enthusiastic sales and marketing professional to lead on ensuring the maximum profile for JRHT Care Services with commissioners, key partners, families and communities; selling the value of our services and delivering on our occupancy targets for our care services.

You will have full responsibility for the development of all channels for care marketing ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards and include printed material, promotional videos, websites and social media as well as live events that will promote our services effectively.

About you:

You will have a demonstrable background in implementing B2C sales and/or marketing strategies and activity ideally within a care setting. A self-starter who can initiate marketing plans and activities that will assist in achieving our targets.

You will possess the credibility to be influential and have the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will have excellent planning ability and be able to work well either independently or as part of a team.
