Job Title: Transport & Vehicle Tutor

Salary / Rate: £100.00 â€" 150.00 per day

Location: Liverpool

A specialist provision in Liverpool is looking for a Transport & Vehicle Tutor to join their team on a temporary basis as soon as possible.

The school caters for vulnerable children aged 14-16 who have been excluded from Mainstream Education.

This is a very friendly school where we have placed several teachers into supply and long-term roles. The feedback we have from teachers is that the staff are supportive and collaborative, and that behaviour standards across the school are very good. The school provide a large number of in-house training for staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be delivering Transport & Vehicle (Mechanical) BTEC Level 1
  • Supporting students with both their Practical and Theory lessons
  • Working closely with other staff within school

Required Skills & Experience:
  • You must have previous experience teaching Transport and Vehicle BTEC
  • You must have experience in teaching all the different elements within Transport and Vehicle such as:
    • Car Parts
    • Motorbikes
    • Engines etc
